Responsibilities: The Nursery Practitioner creates and implements age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote children's cognitive, social, and physical development. This might involve organizing and leading activities, games, and educational experiences Keep open and effective communication with parents or guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and daily activities Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care Regularly observe and assess each child's development, behaviour, and needs.
