Manufacturing Technician

There are a number of openings, but if you are skilled in ANY of the following, we would be keen to hear from you: * Skilled mechanical assembly * Skilled electro mech assembly * Assembly of components using hand tools * Skilled wiring or soldering skills Salary £28-32k depending on experience, salary up £35k for experienced Team Leaders plus: Hours and Benefits Working hours: flexible with cell lead permission 7.30-4.00 / 8.00-4.30 early finish Friday 1300 / 1330 Weekday overtime availability and rate: At present plenty of OT depending on area / output. payed at 1/12 weekday and Saturday, x 2 Sunday (OT IS NOT GUARANTEED) Weekend working and rates: as above Probation period:6mths Salary review at 12 month mark Holidays including Bank Holidays:25 plus all national bank holidays Benefits including pension: Private medical with a payable option for family / sick pay / Perks on line points awarded each month can be used against Amazon vouchers etc), wellness breakfast once per month / free hot drinks via vending machines, summer BBQs / Xmas party plus events throughout the year.
