Site Manager £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance Manchester Are you an experienced Construction Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead the fit-out of a high rise apartment block? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of this high-profile project Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Lead and supervise a team of subcontractors and tradespeople, fostering a collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Monitor progress, report on site performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in high rise projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands. Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, etc.) are preferred.
