Then this could be the role for you.About the roleCarry out surveys with photographic schedules in accordance with RICS guidance.Prepare contracts for works & tender documents.Assist clients throughout the deployment of the Party Wall Act 1996.Reduce Carbon through efficient & renewable building.Prepare feasibility studies for construction projects.Monitor and offer advice on property defects and deterioration.Carry out condition reports on the impact of unexpected damage or adverse conditions.Advise clients about property and building issues including Environmental, legal, technical and financial.About youRICS accreditedFull driving licenseKnowledge of industry software such as CADWritten and oral interpersonal skillsProject & Time managementEye for detail & strong understanding of the built environmentIf you know someone suitable for this role, share the word and through our referral scheme receive up to £250!
