Job Title: ICT Managed Service Technician
Location : Bolton
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience

CSE Education Systems is looking for a dynamic ICT Managed Service technician to join its team onsite staff at one of our schools in Bolton.
Successful candidates will be exceptional communicators who excel at working within a team and also when working with end users. Successful candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS Check.
In this role, you will work closely with the existing staff and end users at the school.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The primary responsibility of the role is to help maintain a high level of support for the companys customers.
You will be expected to undertake tasks such as, but not limited to:
Responding to end-user requests
Engaging with the school SLT
Monitoring, diagnosis and fixing of various ICT System issues
Doing day-to-day tasks for end users, fixing print issues, changing passwords etc.
Generating reports for customers
Handling hardware support requests by arranging replacements or repairs for customers
Help manage (open, close, update) Service Desk tickets as they are added and be able to prioritise issues and escalate where required
Working effectively with 3rd line Engineers and Account Management to help resolve customer issues

Non-Technically we are looking for:
