We are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for our client, an established recruitment agency based in Coventry
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting permanent staff in either the IT or Engineering sectors. My client will accept high perms billers from other sectors.
You need superb communication skills to sell the excellent candidates that you have recruited.
You will need to build up good relationships with your clients by providing quality candidates for their business so they always return to you for repeat business.
