Warehouse Manager

Job Title: Warehouse Manager Located: Blackburn Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 4.30pm *Please note that this vacancy does not offer sponsorship or able to accept candidates on PSW Visa* The Company Established over 40 years ago this business offers bespoke and indulgent products to its customers across the UK and beyond. The Role Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will have full responsibility for 5 warehouse operatives in a multi-temperature warehouse. Other duties will include. * Warehousing Best Practice – Including H&S (team and food), compliance and standards * Manage employee performance including disciplinaries and promotions. * Warehouse capacity planning, stock rotation and minimising wastage. * Oversee maintenance of any warehouse-related vehicles and equipment. * Work closely with Purchasing & Production to ensure all materials are available. Your Skills & Experience To be considered you will need. * Warehouse Management experience within a Food manufacturing environment * Team leadership and development skills * FTL license * Ideally Advanced Excel- must know V-lookups and pivot tables
