Quantity Surveyor - External & Internal Refurbishment Central London £60,000 - £80,000 + £5,000 Car allowance (WFH Options) Permanent Start: September 2024 A refurbishment contractor, with a strong order book based on their excellent service, would like to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with the right drive and ambition to meet their business needs. Established for over 20 years, they have a forged their burgeoning reputation within external and internal refurbishment of both modern and heritage buildings in London. In your role as QS, you will be responsible for up to 3 JCT projects, ranging in value from £100,000 - £500,000. Your skills, experience and attributes will include the following; Ambitious, energetic, and driven to deliver on each of your projects Team player, who will take responsibility Demonstrate strong negotiating and commercial skills Good construction and technical knowledge. HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying 7 years post graduate experience Good understanding on effective management of a schedule of works.
