Job Title: Administrator
Location: Birstall, Leeds
Salary: £22,350 - £24,000 FTE depending on experience
Hours: Part time. 9.30am-2.30pm, minimum 4 days per week.

The Role
The company currently has a position available for an Administrator based in Birstall.
Candidates must have a confident and professional telephone manner, have administration experience and be fully proficient in all forms of IT.
The Administrator will be the first point of contact to customers.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
- Quote chasing via telephone
- Setting up quotes on our CRM system
- Chasing payments via telephone
- Chasing information via telephone
- Co-ordinating and booking in onsite testing
- Holiday cover for Senior Administrator (this may require increased hours)
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in administration or customer service
- Self-motivated, organised with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Great with people.
- Strong attention to detail
