Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Senior ITSM Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for managing IT service management, problem management, IT operations, and service desk functions on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Information Technology and IT Service Management skills Experience in Problem Management and IT Operations Service Desk operations knowledge Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills ITIL certification is essential The candidate must be available for 24x7 on-call shifts and have availability during weekends.
