HRIS Manager (German Speaking)

I’m delighted to be partnering with a leading European private bank to source a HRIS Product Specialist on a permanent basis.

The international HR department is at the forefront of innovation, prioritising automation and hormonisation. The team are committed to streamlining their processes and ensuring consistent data use by integrating these systems into a central database solution.

The Role:

As HR Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the team by:

• Integrating various established HR-IT systems into a central internal database.
• Developing and enhancing existing interfaces for the use of HR data.
• Creating audit-proof authorisation and user concepts.
• Coordinating requirements from stakeholders (HR, key users, process owners, in-house IT, and external service providers).
• Supporting and initiating further developments and system adjustments.
• Participating in digitalisation projects related to HR processes.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Fluent in both German and English.
• Deep understanding of data models and database structures.
• Experience in an HR project environment or working with HRIS (e.g., Perbit, Avature, SAP, or Workday) or IT project experience and agile project management (Scrum working) is desirable.
• Initial programming experience (SQL) is an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel to Germany regularly.
