Job Advert: VP of Finance – B2B SaaS Location: Central London Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 per annum Bonus Shares IH9433 Company Overview: A dynamic and rapidly growing B2B SaaS business in the health and wellness sector, backed by a prominent venture capitalist, is seeking a Vice President of Finance. With a balanced revenue stream of 50% from the UK and 50% from the USA, the company currently operates with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of £4 million. Positioned for significant growth through international expansion and strategic acquisitions, this firm is dedicated to enhancing enterprise-level customer experiences. Role Overview: The incoming Vice President of Finance will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial strategy and supporting the CEO as a trusted business partner. This hands-on position requires a proactive approach to financial management and a keen understanding of the SaaS landscape, particularly within the health and wellness sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. Collaborate closely with the CEO to provide insights and recommendations on financial performance and business operations. Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage cash flow, ensuring the business has the financial resources to support growth initiatives. Lead the finance team in developing robust financial controls and systems to support scalable operations. Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships. Monitor and analyse key financial metrics, providing actionable insights to drive performance. Liaise with external stakeholders, including investors and auditors, to ensure transparency and compliance. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Exceptional analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset. A professional qualification in finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
