Unlike many of our competitors we are an employee owned business which allows us to maintain our ethos of building lasting client relationships and looking after our people whilst improving our ability to retain and attract the best talent in the industry.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Site Manager/Contracts ManagerResponsible for the day to day running and operations on site of one floor of large projectResponsible for management of construction on you floor, including sub-contractorsOversee the running of your floor with regards to health & safety, program and quality.Liaising with a range of professionals i.e. Designers, ConsultantsManagement responsibilities for all Health and Safety policies and procedureCommercial approach to manage project effectivelyEnsuring delivery of the project onsite to a high qualityRequirementsPrevious Site Management experiencePrevious experience with commercial fitout projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong construction knowledgeTeamwork and CommitmentSite Management qualificationAsbestos AwarenessFirst Aid TrainedWhy work for us?
