Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Your new company I am currently working with an excellent school in the North Liverpool area, who are in need of an experienced level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team. Your new role Your role will primarily focus on supporting children with special needs, as well as wider support with the class as directed by the class teacher. You will work alongside class teachers and your new colleagues to promote a stimulating, inclusive, and accessible learning environment and offer 1:1 and group support in all subjects. Other duties will include intervention and booster sessions, phonics, classroom management, behaviour management and building the self-esteem of your new pupils. What you'll need to succeed Experience of successfully supporting Primary age pupils - relevant qualifications and/or experience of working with children. A clear understanding of appropriate professional relationships and protocols when working with pupils and parents.
