As a Senior Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in understanding and translating client needs into innovative and compelling design proposals. You will lead a team of designers in developing creative solutions that align with client expectations, budget constraints, and technical requirements while also driving new business opportunities through effective pitches and presentations. Client Brief Analysis: Stakeholder Engagement: Listen attentively to the needs of all relevant stakeholders and effectively communicate with internal project teams to ensure design solutions meet all criteria. Design Communication: Communicate key design aspects clearly to secure client approvals at each project stage and present the commercial benefits of the proposed solutions. Progress Reporting: Efficiently communicate design progress to internal teams and external stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality outputs. Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry design trends, directions, and legislative developments to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation. Creativity and Innovation: Champion creativity and innovation in crafting workplace solutions, demonstrating a strong knowledge and interest in sustainable design solutions and associated legislation. Industry Experience: Previous experience in commercial office fit-out within Design and Build is essential. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding with keen attention to detail in all aspects of design. Commercial Awareness: Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to articulate the value of design solutions.
