Engineering Manager

Our client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers. With a strong engineering foundation, they place a high emphasis on the efficiency of their production systems, and engineering plays a pivotal role in their operations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and lead the current maintenance team. * Oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheme. * Ensure compliance and management of Health and Safety systems. * Drive process improvement through identification, proposal, and execution. * Manage small-scale improvement projects, including justification, implementation, and post-appraisal. * Oversee spare part stock and procurement.
