Job Description

A leading global financial services provider is seeking a B2C Marketing Executive to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive both acquisition & retention for a key consumer finance savings product.


12-months Fixed Term Contract


Responsibilities:

  • Support development and effectively execute the marketing & digital strategy for the B2C financial services business
  • Help the team implement Paid Social strategy
  • Assist the business wit ATL & BTL acquisition and retention strategies
  • Effectively help with the execution of marketing activities within agreed budget
  • Execute marketing plans that are client focused, meets business objectives and is delivered on time and within budget
  • Build a close working relationship with the relevant external agencies and internal teams supporting the marketing team (i.e. investment teams, PR, Retail Escalations (complaints management). This includes digital marketing, CRM activities, PR, video content, product and market analysis, literature, presentations, digital and social media
  • Optimise marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns, with focus on digital activity
  • Constantly improve on existing activities, approach and accepted standards, sharing learnings with team and peers


Requirements:

  • Solid experience within a similar B2C marketing role
  • B2C financial services (consumer finance / insurance) experience essential
  • Track record of website, PPC, TV, paid social, print & digital - would be an advantage!!
  • Proactive, accountable and prepared to take ownership
  • Proven skills implementing marketing strategy, from developing the plan, execution of activity and measurement
  • Sound knowledge of marketing including experience of the full media mix, promotions and communications B2C channel
  • Experienced campaign manager, leading from agency briefing through to execution, delivery, reporting and post-campaign analysis
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of delivery to time and within budget
  • Proficient with managing external 3rd party relationships and internal stakeholders / partners
  • Naturally creative, idea generating and prepared to challenge the norm
  • Digital Marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and Social Media.
  • Proficient copywriting skills to support enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners
  • High level of negotiation and influencing skills


c£50,000 Base

12-months FTC
