You will come in with a warm desk and will be given all the training, support and tools needed to carve your own market. This is an opportunity to lead your own division within a business driven by a growth mindset, offering substantial career development opportunities.You’ll be responsible for:Interviewing & placing candidates into mid–senior level positions.Identifying, sourcing and pipelining of new business opportunities.Taking a proactive approach to identify and qualify new business sales opportunities, using events management and Executive level networking techniques.Planning and delivering industry networking events, with the support of the Associate Directors.Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring you fully understand their business needs.Setting appointments and preparing for meetings, ensuring you have researched the clients business and market sector and effectively tailoring your approach.Account management for on-boarded clients and continuing building and maintaining relationships with regular reviews of services provided.Provide client quality control and account management.Identify cross- selling opportunities within our existing client base.Follow the company sales process, completing necessary documentation when progressing opportunities, ensuring all company systems are kept up to date.Achieving and exceeding your KPIs and sales targets, actively contributing towards the success of Lutine BellWhat we are looking for:A confident, self-motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional who has the tenacity and resilience to thrive in a competitive environment24+months agency recruitment experience as a Compliance RecruiterA highly organised individual able to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detailOutstanding communication skills, you will be comfortable with presenting high-level solutions to C level buyers over the phone, video conferencing or in person.Outstanding presentation skills - both in person, telephone and in writing.A team player who ensures a high level of internal communication, celebrates success and supports other members of the team and the business when required.In addition to gaining access to top prestigious financial services firms such as Blackrock, JP Morgan, Vanguard, and St. James's Place, you will also receive:Addictive success culture, clear career progression path and Skills Matrix from Associate to Partner Level.
