Uphold governance, confidentiality, and safeguarding standards, particularly regarding liberty deprivation. Promptly report risks and concerns for necessary actions. Foster effective communication within the team and maintain accurate documentation. Support and engage with the community, representing Encompass positively. Promote a supportive emotional environment and adhere to all policies and training requirements. Engage sensitively with individuals supported, their families, and colleagues, respecting diversity.
