Job Profile As a Business Development Manager, youll lead a team of up to 10 Personal Move Assistants, driving sales, managing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Youll play a key role in growing the business, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and regional teams. The role offers a great opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills and achieve business success in a results-driven environment. Duties Achieve team KPIs by generating new listing opportunities
Enhance team performance through training and development
Drive business growth by managing the sales process and ensuring client retention
Conduct 1:1 performance reviews, return-to-work meetings, and new starter inductions
Build and maintain relationships with branch managers and regional teams
Ensure administrative tasks are completed for regional branches
Promote the companys brand values and operate within company standards
Skills & Experience Experience in a sales, estate agency, lettings, or contact center environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
Commercially aware and able to follow company standards and procedures
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Committed to personal and professional development
Hours of Work Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM 8:00 PM on a rota
1 in 3 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu
