The Role : As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our equipment is fully operational and maintained to the highest standards. Working on a Double Days shift pattern, you'll handle both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks, working closely with the production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on machinery and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently Perform reactive maintenance as needed to address breakdowns promptly Collaborate with production teams to optimize maintenance schedules Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, contributing to a safe working environment Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, using the CMMS for tracking What We're Looking For : Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (qualifications like NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred) Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills If you are interested in this role and feel that you have the right skills then please click apply at the bottom of this advert.
