Job Title: Multi Skilled Warehouse Operative
Responsible To: Production Manager
Department: Supply Chain
Location: Banbury
MONDAY - FRIDAY
VARIOUS SHIFTS: 8:00AM- 16:00PM / 9:00AM - 17:00PM
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail. You should have good communication skills and use of the English Language both verbal and written. You will be willing to develop skills ongoing to satisfy operational requirements and be able to assist with the development and training of others. You must be able to adhere to instruction in order that tasks are performed and completed within required timescale to the quality and standard expected and required. You will be customer focused, confident working on own or as part of a team, responsible, committed, and reliable. You will be required to work shifts so flexibility with regard to working hours is required.
Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment is essential. Reach, counterbalance and tug licences are essential for the experienced employee. Previous experience of 5s are desirable for this role. Computer competency including Excel, Outlook, and Word would be desirable along with a knowledge of MRP/Sage systems or similar.
