Key requirements are:
- Ambitious and driven to grow your own career as a financial adviser.
- Full CeMAP or equivalent mortgage advice qualification and some mortgage advice experience (6 MONTHS MIN)
- You must be a Fit and Proper Person as per the regulators guidelines.
- Confident and capable of advising clients over a telephone and video meeting facilities.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work within the companys framework of systems and procedures.
- Self motivation, ambition and drive to develop your skills and your client bank.

- Expert support on the most complex of cases including difficult to place mortgages, second charges, bridging and commercial mortgages providing you with the clarity needed to give your clients the highest quality advice.
