Managing Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor Location: London Package: £100,000 - £120,000 plus travel Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who due to excellent growth are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join the team. You would be working for a company who are working on some of the most standout projects in London which are valued up to £200m. As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will ideally have experience leading multiple projects which are valued £50m and above. Responsibilities Oversee the management of multiple exciting projects across London whilst having talented staff working underneath yourself. Position will require you to identify and manage financial statements to the Senior Management within the business. As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to build strong relationships with some of the companies’ main clients. Detailed financial analysis of CVRs. Requirements Experience running multiple projects that are valued £50m and above. Strong understanding of construction contacts (JCT and NEC). A Managing Quantity Surveyor who has experience working for a Leading Main Contractor. Must have demonstrated long term stints at previous companies. What is in it for you? Up to £120,000 per annum.
