Contracts Manager

Our client, a highly reputable main contractor based in Burton-on-Trent are offering up to £60k DOE for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. The Contracts Manager will be working on a range of projects, particularly dilapidation works on commercial buildings with values ranging from £30k up to £4 million. It is envisioned that a successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a project manager in the construction industry. With 12 permanent staff and £30 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity for progression and to grow alongside the business. Contracts Manager Salary & Benefits * Salary £50k - £60k (DOE - guide only) * Car or travel allowance * 20 days + bank holidays * Pension Scheme * CPD * Location: Burton-on-Trent * Start Date: ASAP (Happy to wait for notice periods) * Projects: Commercial dilapidation works Contracts Manager Job Overview * Operating from head office and on-site as required * Overseeing delivery of a range of projects across the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors. * Responsible for managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion * Reporting to the Operations Manager * Coaching and mentoring junior members of staff as required.
