Private Equity Lawyer:
Venn Group's specialist legal team have partnered with a leading multinational law firm who are seeking a Private Equity Lawyer to assist one of their key clients, an American owned asset manager, on an interim basis.
The work is predominantly private equity including dealing with investing in private companies, investment agreements and shareholder agreements.
