IT Programme Manager

You will develop strategic roadmaps and provide project leadership in this broad, varied, and autonomous role with full backing from the executive team.The bulk of your project portfolio will sit across data and technology, as you help to drive through a transformation programme aimed at improving and maturing the business's approach to data. The primary objective of your data change programme will be to establish a single source of truth for data and introduce insights and analytics as an integral tool for business decisions.Your programme will aim to transition the Housing Association towards more advanced data management practices, including better integration, data accuracy, and enhanced data literacy across the business, to fully leverage data.As Programme Manager, you will be well supported by matrix teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technology and Data technical specialists, as you lead on a multitude of projects that make up your programme.Your key focus will be to:Lead on the data transformation programme and portfolio of projects.Implement the structure of your programme and ways of working.Develop strategic roadmaps and project timelines.Partner with senior stakeholders across the group to identify needs and develop solutions.Build a culture of trust in data and the utilisation of data.Collaborate across teams, programmes, and projects to deliver digital change.This is therefore an opportunity to drive meaningful change where your projects will have a direct impact on improving this housing association’s service delivery.You will be an excellent candidate as Programme Manager if you have:Programme managed a portfolio of change projects.Worked on building programme roadmaps.Delivered end to end programme management for complex change projects.Managed projects and programmes for technology change.Managed matrix reporting teams and resource to deliver on projects.A collaborative approach and passion to make a genuine impact.The salary on offer is £85,000 to with some excellent benefits.
