Senior Project Management Officer

Our client is a well respected global multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing central London team working on a variety of commercial and industrial projects Competitive salary and benefits package Great opportunity for career growth The focus of the successful candidates work would vary from office fit-out and refurbishment within a variety of commercial projects as well as industrial projects, with experience in these sectors preferred but not necessary. Our client is also looking for somebody with demonstrable experience of running projects with minimal oversight from brief to handover. At least 2-3 years of experience in a Project Management capacity is required, ideally within a consultancy however candidates from developers and also main contractors will be considered but you will need to have an demonstrable understanding of what a consultant Project Manager is responsible for. The ideal candidate would possess a relevant Technical Degree in Construction, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering or Architecture.
