Our client is seeking a Data CRM Manager to lead data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement across digital and non-digital platforms. This role involves overseeing the data selections, analyses, and experiments to continuously improve communications, and managing Marketing Automation and Email Broadcast platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of Data Planners
- Design and deliver targeted data-driven campaigns
- Ensure GDPR and PECR compliance
- Drive marketing experiments and A/B testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in data, analytics, or a related field
- Experience managing large datasets and leading teams
- Skilled in campaign design, audience targeting, and multivariate testing
