Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract)

Carriera has been instructed to secure a Senior Quantity Surveyor by a progressive privately owned property and construction company. This highly regarded professional company offer cost management, project management, employer’s agent and contract administration, alongside other related advisory services. Their clients include charities, developers, end-users, education providers, leisure operators and financial institutions. You will be given a good breadth of projects to be involved with and run, these projects will include a nice diversity between pre and post contract, up to £50 million. These projects along with your and the company’s commitment will give you a great platform to build your career within a progressive, people centric company. You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying. Be capable and competent in running your own project portfolio and reporting on them to internal and external stakeholders. You will be paid a very competitive salary, provided full benefits and a bonus dependant on individual and company performance, 36 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) and cpd.
