Job Requirements / Description
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join a new opening in Tonbridge, with ambitions to work towards gaining 3A rosettes. The restaurant will offer brunch and lunch daily, and dinner 3 nights a week a focus on seasonal British produce. You should have experience as a Senior CDP/Junior Sous Chef to at least 2AA rosette standard. Contracted to 45 hours, any overtime will be paid. Working days 5 days a week including 3 evenings.
