Oversight of FDD Providers: Manage outsourced FDD providers to ensure compliance with internal processes.Review and Quality Assurance: Review FDD submissions to identify errors, risks, and additional issues. Confirm that FDD aligns with guidelines and standards.Timeliness and Efficiency: Ensure a quick turnaround for FDD deliverables.Performance Analysis: Prepare, review, and challenge post-acquisition trading performance metrics.Documentation: Draft and review board papers to ensure accurate documentation of FDD metrics, multiples, risks, and issues.
