Mechanical Fitter  Hants £c35,000 The Mechanical fitter will assemble machined and bought in parts to construct Pneumatic regulators. Hydrostatic and function testing and certification of pressure regulators and control. valves to agree standards  Assembly of machined components and pressure setting to complete configuration of pneumatic regulators.  Final machining on manual/CNC lathes and lapping of assembled trim.  Machining one off and complex components to customer specification used in the production of valves and regulators.  Machining one off and complex components to customer specification used in the production of valves and regulators.  Use of a wide range of measuring equipment to check components.  Routine machine maintenance  Experience of machining Various metals. Minimum Qualifications,Training And Experience Required: Ideally qualified HNC/HND or higher in mechanical engineering or machining.   Not less than 2 years hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing workshop   A comprehensive understanding materials handling including crane driving and slinging.
