Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment. Assist in the assessment of students , providing feedback to teachers and contributing to their progress reports. Work closely with the teaching team to ensure students reach their full academic potential . What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant , with a solid understanding of classroom management and supporting students’ learning. HLTA qualification or significant experience in a classroom setting with a desire to take on additional responsibilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and lead small groups . A passion for education and the commitment to helping students succeed.
