Senior Principal Designer (CDM)

SENIOR PRINCIPAL DESIGNER – LONDON – PERMANENT – £65,000 - £80,000 ARM are working with a leading consultancy who specialise in construction and property from a project management and commercial point of view and we are looking for a Senior Principal Designer to join the team in London. About You: You will have significant experience of working as a Principal Designer and will have good knowledge of CDM regulations.Your experience will also need to include a technical qualification within the construction business and we are looking for either an engineer or architect.You will also have experience on working on fee earning work and ideally have experience of winning business. What you will be doing: This is a Senior Principal CDM Designer position working for a well established industry leading consultancy. This will involve working with teams operating within a range of industries and will be supporting on projects to a value of £500million. This position is office based and in Central London. It is a full-time position. What you can expect in return: The salary range for this position is between £65,000 and £80,000 and will be dependent on experience. On top of this is a range of benefits that includes a performance based bonus, 27 days annual leave, pension scheme and much more.
