Position: Sales Engineer (HVAC) Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's air conditioning product line. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Client Requirements: Conduct assessments of client requirements and translate technical specifications into viable solutions. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations. Highlight technical features and benefits of the company's air conditioning solutions. Customize air conditioning solutions to meet specific client needs and incorporate technical details into proposals. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients with varying levels of technical understanding. Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with client expectations and sales strategy. Project Transition: Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation by providing technical insights to the project delivery team. Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors' products and technologies to position the company's solutions effectively in the market. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Provide ongoing technical support and act as a trusted advisor for air conditioning needs. Use digital tools and communication channels to engage with clients both in person and remotely. Forecasting & Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and utilize CRM systems to track customer activity and sales performance.
