Daily Duties: - Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Primary School setting, ensuring their individual needs are met. - Provide 1:1 care for students with ASD, ADHD, and learning disabilities, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and adapting activities to suit the needs of SEN students. - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals. - Create a safe and engaging atmosphere that encourages student participation and social interaction. - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students with SEN. - Maintain accurate records of student behavior and progress, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff.
