Location: Clinic Manager (East London) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + Commission (£65K OTE) Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule : Full-time (5 days per week, 45 hours). Flexibility may be required. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to ensure seamless operations, drive patient satisfaction, and support sustainable business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business & Financial Management Achieve business targets in: Revenue and profit growth, new patient conversion & retention and increased revenue from existing patients. Oversee the clinic’s financials , including invoicing, daily financial reconciliations, and CRM management for accurate patient and financial data. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the board on KPIs, financial status, and clinic performance. Implement strategies to increase patient retention and drive business growth, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Manage clinic resources and stock control , ensuring optimal use and replenishment as necessary 2. Clinic Operations & Compliance Ensure the smooth running of daily operations and compliance with health & safety, Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, and clinic protocols. Maintain all licenses and certifications for the clinic and ensure they are displayed appropriately. Lead efforts to develop new services and treatments in collaboration with the clinic’s directors and practitioners. Ensure that the clinic’s appearance and ambiance are always maintained to reflect the premium brand positioning. 3. Patient Management Manage the patient journey from the moment they arrive, ensuring they receive excellent service at every stage of their treatment. Greet clients warmly and manage initial consultations, including paperwork and patient consent. Handle patient communications , including phone calls, emails, and in-person queries, providing timely and professional responses. Resolve patient complaints effectively and in line with clinic policy. Support patients with product sales and rebooking of appointments to maximize retention and loyalty. 4. Staff Management & Development Oversee all HR functions related to clinic staff, including recruitment, performance management, and adherence to company policies. Ensure staffing levels meet clinic needs and provide ongoing training and professional development for team members. Foster a positive team environment , promoting collaboration, staff engagement, and adherence to clinic standards. Manage staff compliance with mandatory training , ensuring all certifications and qualifications are up to date. 5. Front of House & Administrative Duties Oversee the reception area and ensure it is well-presented, managing the clinic’s scheduling system to optimize appointments. Handle administrative tasks , such as filing, mail management, and ordering office supplies. Maintain positive relationships with building management, suppliers, and external contacts to ensure smooth clinic operations. 6. Marketing & Social Media Lead efforts to promote the clinic’s services , working with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall strategy. Support in-clinic and external PR activities to enhance the clinic’s visibility in the local market and attract new patients. Skills, Qualifications, & Competencies Experience (3 to 5 years) : Proven experience in clinic management or a similar role within the luxury aesthetics, medical, or hospitality industries. Strong background in business development and sales . Familiarity with CRM systems and financial reporting . Key Attributes: A professional and polished demeanour , with excellent communication skills suitable for interacting with high-end clients. Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Ability to multitask , prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment. Attention to detail , ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and regulations. A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and business growth. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with clinic management software and social media platforms.
