Alchemy also offers CFD trading solutions to retail and professional clients.WE ARE LOOKING FORAlchemy is looking for an Institutional Sales Manager to join our international team. You will be a part of the team focusing on promoting our Multi-Asset & Multi-Jurisdictional Liquidity Solutions, Trading Platform Solutions and white label solutions for FX Brokers and Prop Firms.In more detail, the Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for:Prospecting for new clients in UK and internationally. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Promoting Alchemy liquidity, trading platforms and white label solutions.Attending FX and CFD industry trade shows, expos and networking events to find new business.Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.Negotiating favorable terms with new clients.Serving as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concernspromptly and effectively.Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, build strong client relationships, andensure the company's long-term success in the B2B market.Analsing industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform business strategies.Maintaining up to date CRM records and files.Cross selling related services of our sister companies within the group (EMI, technology andCrypto).Performing any other related duties as requested by the Direct Supervisor or the Management.WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVEAn existing book of business the candidate can bring with them would be an advantage but not essential.Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar B2B sales role.Strong FX and CFD industry knowledge.Fluent spoken and written English language skills.Other languages would be an advantage.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Success in this role comes to those who have the industry knowledge and understanding, can work autonomously, take initiative, and actively seek opportunities to contribute and make a positive impact.WE WILL OFFERThe successful candidate will be offered:Dynamic career growth in a dynamic and fast-growing global company.Competitive Remuneration Package, including performance based financial rewards, in the form of Performance Bonuses and Employee Stock Options,Enhanced Health and Wellness Programs that include private medical Insurance, cycle to work scheme, and gym/ sport allowance.Referral ProgrammeOngoing Development opportunities,Team Bonding Opportunities,Collaborative and innovative work environment.
