Whether you’re new to the industry or an experienced professional, apply today to join our legacy of luxury and innovation.Role Overview:As the Marketing and Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing TLC’s social media presence and supporting various marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will assist with essential office and sales administration tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role offers growth opportunities in both marketing and sales as the company expands. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to increase brand awareness through engaging social content, maintain efficient office functions, and provide seamless support to the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Marketing Support:Manage TLC’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) by posting engaging content.Assist with content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media, ensuring alignment with TLC’s brand.Support marketing campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.Monitor and report on social media performance and provide insights on campaign success.Office Administration:Manage office communications, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.Coordinate office supplies and deliveries to maintain efficient office operations.Support client and internal meetings by preparing meeting rooms and materials.Sales Administration:Assist with maintaining client files, CRM data, and event schedules.Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling enquiries, organizing client viewings, and coordinating tastings.Work closely with the sales team on event planning and execution.Growth Opportunities:Over time, take on greater responsibilities in marketing, including managing full marketing campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.Transition into sales-oriented tasks, assisting with client proposals and event coordination.Qualifications:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in social media management and digital marketing is preferred.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.Eagerness to grow into broader marketing and sales roles.This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of TLC’s growth while developing your skills in both marketing and office coordination.
