As a Technical Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting customers over the phone and in person at the workshop
* Inspecting and diagnosing problems with products and carrying out repairs
* Ensuring all processes are followed, including using internal systems
* Ensuring customer records are up to date
* Liaising with and communicating with other departments
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who has the following skills and experience:
* Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
* A naturally high level of technical competency and comprehension
* Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner, and communication skills
* Patient, friendly and enjoy talking to people
* A positive and proactive personality, with good problem-solving skills
