Assistant Night Shift Warehouse Manager

ASSISTANT NIGHT SHIFT WAREHOUSE MANAGER - GOODS IN - MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 2PM TO 12 midnight - SALARY £33,440 TO £39,700 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE - INCLUDES BONUS) Our client is looking to recruit a motivated and experienced warehouse worker, for its growing night shift operation (near Watton). Previous night shift experience is ideal but not essential. This is a physical role requiring good levels of fitness and strength. The ability to work as part of a team and as an individual is also very important. High levels of attention to detail are a must and all applicants will be required to read well, due to manual pick tickets. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Planning and organising staff roles and tasks. Motivating my team. Meet targets and deadlines on all orders. To look after and assist any staff issues within the packing department and report to senior management if needed. Individual order picking Storing and rotation of stock Warehouse and yard cleaning Loading and unload of vehicles Breaking down and checking of deliveries Updating and signing off delivery notes In date Counterbalance Forklift truck and Bendi (Aisle Master) experience is an essential requirement. All entrants require a full UK driving license. Hours of work 14:00 – 00:00 Monday to Friday, including a 45 minute paid break.
