HR Operations Manager (Full or Part-Time considered)

Your Role:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the business, offering expert guidance on employee relations, terms and conditions, and company policies.
- Lead and manage employee relations (ER) activities, providing essential support to both employees and management.
- Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth, efficient operations at every touchpoint of the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate across the wider HR and Operations teams to create a seamless, integrated approach to all HR activities.
- Streamline and automate processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
- Deliver regular HR reports and monitor key operational metrics to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep all HR templates and policies up-to-date, aligned with employer brand, and compliant with current legislation.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes, ensuring the HR team is informed and compliant.
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all HR operations.
- Optimise HR systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Regularly audit and update HR data, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
- Mentor and develop the HR Operations team, providing ongoing support through 1:1s and performance reviews.
