Head of Sales - Software Our client is a leading content creation software platform used by over 30 million users worldwide. They were established over 10 years ago and have since partnered with some of the world’s largest organizations such as Microsoft, Unilever and Adobe. This organization have a fantastic track record of growth & success and are now looking for a Head of Sales position to join their UK team; This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in their London office. Lead the Sales Team, effectively motivating and driving success Collaborate with wider senior leadership team to develop & implement sales strategy in order to optimize performance Recruit & train new sales team members, developing playbooks for both inbound & outbound selling Monitor sales team performance, providing regular coaching & feedback Manage sales forecasting & revenue/pipeline management Carry individual quota & manage own sales pipeline Prepare regular sales reporting and deliver to senior leadership team Oversee effective CRM system use and other sales tools 3-4+ years software sales leadership experience ~ Experience selling software into HR or L&D teams ~ Experience leading/managing sales teams of varying seniority ~ Head of Sales Package ~ Hybrid working ~ Cycle2Work Scheme ~ Pension options ~25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
