We enable businesses to acquire and retain customers via global gifting technology.We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product & Promotions Coordinator to join our dynamic Product Team. This role is crucial in driving our clients’ gifting programs, from curating the perfect product selections from Amazon, our main supplier, amongst others to analysing post-campaign results to inform on future product selections. If you have a passion for trending products and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:    Product Sourcing & Curation:Identify, source, and select a diverse range of products that align with client needs, market trends, and seasonal demands, ensuring we offer the best gifting options.Catalogue Development:Create and maintain promotional product catalogues by researching the latest product trends, leveraging supplier relationships, and understanding client preferences.Client Collaboration:Build strong relationships with clients to understand their gifting goals, ensuring that the products selected match their requirements and campaign objectives.Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers and retailers to source high-quality products, negotiate terms, and manage inventory availability, ensuring timely and cost-effective product selection.Promotion Execution: Coordinate end-to-end promotional campaigns, from conceptualising gifting ideas to selecting products that resonate with target audiences, ensuring seamless execution.Inventory Monitoring: Regularly check product availability, manage inventory levels, and adjust sourcing strategies to meet client demands efficiently.Content Creation: Develop promotional content, product descriptions, and marketing materials to support campaigns and enhance product visibility.A Day in the Life:Start your day brainstorming innovative gifting ideas, diving deep into product research to source exciting, on-trend items for client promotions. You’ll spend time communicating with suppliers including Amazon and Best Buy to negotiate product availability and pricing while keeping a close eye on inventory levels. By afternoon, you’ll be crafting promotional catalogues, ensuring they are tailored to each client’s needs, and updating content for ongoing campaigns. You’ll analyse data to identify top-performing products and make informed sourcing decisions.
