Microsoft Power Platform Developer - Hybrid London OR Sheffield - £50k-£60k Looking for a change? This one might be for you! Join a team of 13 in the Centre of Excellence department for a well known brand working across the entire Microsoft Power Stack such as but not limited too: Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Bi, Power Pages and Power Apps. Key Responsibility's: * Work as part of a team to agree on and follow best practices, work methods, and documentation to maximize business benefits. * Design and deliver Microsoft Power training to CoE team members, citizen developers, and business experts. * Benchmark and collaborate with software suppliers and industry experts for knowledge management and support. * Create and maintain design documentation as part of delivering automation solutions. * Develop and configure automation solutions based on approved design documents, following best practices and company standards. * Deliver Intelligent Automation solutions to the business, including participating in testing and leading deployment activities within deadlines, ensuring high-quality standards. * Support the business and the IA Service & Support team within the CoE during testing, service transition, and early live support (ELS). * Use Agile methods, tools, and techniques throughout the development and delivery of IA solutions, including working as part of a multi-functional scrum team through to completion. * Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Business Process Analysts. * Resolve issues that come up during the daily operation of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions. Key Skills we're looking to see: * Accredited as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer. * Proven skills in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Microsoft Power solutions (like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, Power BI, and Co-Pilot). * Ideally, has experience with solution architect tasks or is willing to learn. * Ideally, has experience training or coaching others on using Microsoft Power, or is willing to learn. * Strong communication skills, shown by successful change management in large organizations like RM. * Self-disciplined, quick learner with good people, communication, and teamwork skills. * Able to stay calm and deliver results in a fast-paced role. * Adaptable and determined, especially when working with new technologies. * Able to work independently and willing to take on extra responsibilities.
