This position is responsible for ensuring the on-time, on-budget delivery of L&S’s seasons, spanning the full lifecycle of a season, from the moment a pencil is sharpened for new season designs, through to production, samples, seasonal launch, Order Book management and the eventual clearance/discontinuation of lines.If you are highly organized, confident with people, and have a good eye for detail, including financial data—and if you thrive in a fast-paced environment—then this could be the right opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Designing and embedding a seasonal lifecycle approach to all “live” seasonsOn-time, on-budget delivery of every “live” seasonFormulation of Seasonal lifecycle plans with deadlines understood and owned by all relevant internal and external stakeholdersReporting progress against plans across each lifecycle stage: design, production, samples, launch, orders, clearance, discontinuationReporting progress against budget across all channels – Wholesale, Omni, ClearanceClear & concise reporting of risks and issues to delivering plans and budgets for early/proactive mitigationIndependent challenge and review of Business Unit performance against plans and budgetsOrder Book (OB) management, including OB-issues tracking and OB-issues resolution across functions, e.g. Commercial, Merchandise, Customer Service, Finance, LogisticsFacilitating system and process improvementsPresenting progress to L&S DirectorsQualifications / Experience:Programme/project managementBusiness changeStrong analyticalCompetent with financialsInfluencing colleagues and senior managementAbout us...??Holiday purchase scheme.
