As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support students both inside and outside the classroom, acting as an encouraging and positive role model every step of the way.While working in SEND can come with its challenges, particularly in managing complex behaviours, the right candidate will be resilient, understanding, and able to see beyond the challenges to help each child succeed.
