Android Developer

We are seeking an Android Engineer to join a leading financial services client for a hybrid contract opportunity based in London. The successful candidate will develop mobile applications used by millions globally. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for user experience and clean code. You should be comfortable sharing ideas and working with innovative technologies.As an Android Engineer, you will collaborate with a small team of designers, product owners, QA, and engineers to develop and improve features in a fast-paced environment. You will utilize modern Android development methodologies and rapidly iterate on ideas despite some ambiguity.Must-haves:• Experience building Android applications• Experience with relevant technologies/languages • Experience using build tools like Gradle, GitHub Actions, and Circle CI• Experience debugging and fixing bugs• Experience conducting unit and integration tests• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
