Investment/Development Analyst

I am working with a brilliant property company investing actively in commercial assets, with globally recognised joint venture partners and investor. This is a predominant central London portfolio with office, residential, and dynamic mixed-used assets.They are looking for an investment/development analyst, and have career progression in mind for this candidate to work in an active development management role in the future. This is company is heavily focused on career progression, and always putting new opportunities to their Analysts.The role will involve modelling new investments, in addition with analysing existing development projects through the life-cycle. We are seeking a candidate with advanced financial appraisal skills using Excel, with a passion for property. You may also be RICS qualified, but this is not essential.
